welcome, Halloween

Only days after Labor Day, and I can sense a change in the wind.  Fall is descending upon us, and that can only mean one thing… it’s time to start masterminding this year’s Halloween extravaganza!  Pack up your summer knick knacks – popsicle makers, beach toys, flip flops and the ilk, and make a declaration statement by hanging a frightful wreath on the front door.  It’s on, neighbors!

Now I’m not sure what Halloween shenanigans you subscribe to, but in my books this holiday is no arts and crafts festival.  Halloween was invented for one purpose, and that was to scare the living daylights out of you.  If your heart doesn’t stop for a moment or a you don’t shriek out in fright, consider that a Halloween fail.   A showstoppa on your front door will send a warning of the evil that lurks within….

Now we are off to a good start!  Don’t you just love Halloween?  Let your spooky wreath be the inspiration…
